ATN Broadcasting 24/7 to Europe

in Spanish and Portuguese

Countries in Europe are now able to receive round-the-clock broadcasts
in both Spanish and Portuguese. Programming from ATN Latin America is now fully accessible by churches and other viewers in Europe on the C-band.

The NSS-806 satellite broadcasts mainly to South and Central America as shown in diagram on the left. From January 2003 all programs will also be broadcast via the Spot Beam to Europe as well. (See enlargement below)

The spot beam covers both Western and Eastern Europe, and Western North Africa.

Please note that our Hope Channel broadcasts to Europe are on the Ku-band in PAL format .
The above 24/7 broadcast is on the C-band in NTSC format ,
requiring a larger dish antenna and different LNB.
However, your digital receiver should be able to receive both broadcasts.
