"Bridge Builders" - Clergy as Designers of Reconciliation

The 2004 Ministry Professional Growth Seminar will air LIVE on Hope Channel March 30/31. This special three and half hour seminar offers both hope and blueprints for those committed to a ministry of reconciliation. Men and women of faith see bridges before they exist -between individuals, among communities connecting races and language groups. It's tough work holding congregations together, arching differences, assembling reconciliation stone by stone. But this is what clergy do - against the grain, in spite of times. All the time. This Ministry Professional Growth Seminar is designed for clergy from all walks of faith. "Bridge Builders" will provide inspiration, conversation and education. Presenters are Dr Lawrence Carter with "While Waiting for Justice" and Dr Miroslav Volf: "Reversing Hate"; Dr Kendra Haloviak: "Reconciled by the Word" and Dr Walter Pearson: "The Other Side of the Bridge".
